If you have also purchased expansion packs for your instruments, you can now install them via the Output Hub. It will also appear in the Installed Products tabĪt this point, your product is fully installed.Afterward, your instrument should appear as Installed with a green checkmark next to it.Locate the instrument folder you downloaded from Output Hub.Click the Magnifying Glass icon that appears next to the Install button ( do not click the Install button as that will download an extra copy of your instrument!).Hover over the Install button to reveal a Magnifying Glass icon.Click View Products Not Installed in the bottom right-hand corner.This is important for ensuring Native Access recognizes the product is installed. Now that your instrument has been activated, the next step is to set the file path within Native Access. Once your instrument has been successfully downloaded in the Pulse application navigate to Native Instruments website and download Native Access. Wether it’s to your Desktop (which we do not recommend) or to an external hard drive please make sure you have adequate hard drive space. Select where you want to download the instrument to. Paste in the Redemption/Serial Key that Pulse Team emailed you. Again please make sure this is the latest Pulse application. If you already have the Pulse application please make sure it is up to date. Copy this key, you will paste it in later.ĭownload the Pulse download application. Within 10 minutes, hopefully sooner, you will receive an email from “Pulse Team” with your Redemption/Serial Key after purchasing your product.
